Content
New church realities
Restructuring, concentration, the emergence of various councils... The basic structures of the Catholic Church, inherited from the Middle Ages, are undergoing major upheaval in the West today. These structures were run by priests, who are also facing major changes. Faced with the heralded "death" of the parish, we can see that parishes are actually surviving quite well, but no longer reach the vast majority of people. They operate more and more like clubs. With this observation in mind, the course will then focus on what is emerging, growing and bearing fruit. This is the case of new places of Church on the bangs of parishes, characterized by innovation and hospitality for those "absent" from parishes, for all, built around precise proposals. The course will combine theoretical and empirical study to forge a theological diagnosis.
The first sessions will be dedicated to the methodology and epistemology of the discipline.
