Main themes
The following topics will be covered: 
  • Essential concepts relating to collective organisation (Handball and Volleyball): general principles of organisation, systems of play, phases of play, attacking and defending, individual tactical sense; 
  • Knowledge and application of organisation methods specific to team games and sports (handball and volleyball). 
  • Continued learning of technical and tactical fundamentals (Handball and Volleyball). 
Learning outcomes

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

  • Use their technical and tactical knowledge of team sports in game situations (Handball and Volleyball). (1.2, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3) 
  • Demonstrate the contents from the point of view of the transversal nature of the skills acquired and how they are used: communication, ball-carrying and ball-non-carrying skills (Handball and Volleyball). (1.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3) 
  • Demonstrate more complex and rigorous social-motor skills (Handball and Volleyball). (1.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3) 
  • Be familiar with the rules of the sports practised in the course and the theoretical knowledge specific to the sports practised (Handball and Volleyball). (1.1) 
  • Analyse the game of a fellow student and suggest ways of improving it. (1.1)
