The course focuses on shaping the thinking and model development of an integrated architectural design project, from its constructive aspects to its service components—an essential pathway toward embedding sustainability within the design process.
Teaching methods
The course offers theoretical lectures — with the possible participation of external speakers —, work sessions on project documentation and building information modeling, as well as discussion sessions. Students will be guided in carrying out a group project dedicated to the integrated definition of a design project.
Evaluation methods
In this course, students are assessed in two ways:
  1. Assignments to be submitted during class sessions
    (30% of the final grade)
  2. Assignment and presentation to be submitted during the official examination period
    (70% of the final grade)
The instructor reserves the right to invite external members for the final evaluation. These members are authorized to assess students for the portion of the work presented to them.
