Professional integration activity
The student already has experience in conducting a master's thesis within the BOE-program (including skills like the development of scientific research questions, experimental design, use of accurate methods and analysis techniques, critical interpretation, etc.)

Main themes

Internship topics can vary within the domains of ecology, evolution, and conservation, and students have a wide range of choices, but the final internship topic and academic or other professional institution that will supervise the internship must be approved by the BOE committee.

Learning outcomes

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :
1	Contribution of the teaching unit to the program's AA reference framework  In line with the BOE2M program's competency framework, this teaching unit contributes to the development and acquisition of the following skills:  1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8
2	Course-specific learning outcomes : The student is capable of assuming a scientific role within a professional team of researchers or other professionals within a BOE-related field and can apply the competencies acquired in the program to this work field. The student is able to work in a team, always with a focus on applying a scientific attitude, and the student is able to report and present accurately on the activities and the obtained results.
