Teaching methods
The course is taught as a series of lectures or, in exceptional cases, presented in the form of documents.
Evaluation methods
The assessment covers all the content covered in the course. This includes both the content developed in the lectures and the content presented in writing and identified as such by the course instructors.
The assessment of the first part of the course is based on a written exam consisting of true/false questions, in which students are asked to justify their answers. Specific instructions and examples are provided during the lectures.
The assessment of the second part will be based on multiple-choice questions and the legal resolution of a case study (short casus).
Students are permitted to have and use during the exam the texts expressly authorized by the course instructors. No annotations may appear on these texts. During the exam, students may not have any other documentation. Precise instructions and examples are given during the lectures.
The assessment method is identical for both sessions.
