Main themes
During this course, students will write and present orally the introduction, the research question and the methodology of their dissertation, which will be defended at the end of the course and the methodology of their dissertation, which will be defended at the end of the master's degree.
Learning outcomes

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

  • Carry out a literature search relevant to the problem (2.2, 8.1, 8.4)
  • Write an introduction and state of the art in accordance with scientific standards (2.2, 8.1, 8.4).
  • Write a bibliography in accordance with scientific standards (2.2, 8.1, 8.4)
  • Pose a research question and formulate one or more relevant, clear and succinct hypotheses in relation to the research question. (2.1, 8.1, 8.4)
  • Develop an appropriate methodology to answer the research question. (2.3, 8.1, 8.4)
  • Use a writing style appropriate to academic work in the motor sciences. (2.2)
  • Present and argue your work in front of a jury. (4.1, 4.3, 8.1 and 8.2)
