In consultation with the head of the host laboratory and in line with the student's research project, the student will take part in research seminars organised within research teams at UCLouvain or another institution (staff meetings, journal clubs, research unit meetings, presentations to doctoral schools, etc.) or attend courses organised at UCLouvain.

Learning outcomes

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :
.	Actively participate in research seminars or courses relevant to the training project (all A.A. programmes) Take effective and relevant initiatives (8.1 and 8.4) Work and train independently in the field of research (all A.A. programmes)

Content

Participation (min. 30 hours) in research seminars organized within UCLouvain research teams or at another institution (staff meetings, journal clubs, research unit meetings, presentations at doctoral schools, etc.), courses organized at UCLouvain to be attended.

Teaching methods

Individual work within the laboratory.
Training activities to be organized with the supervisor, who is responsible for them. For example, participation in cluster seminars and note-taking in the laboratory notebook.

This course is strictly reserved for FSM students. It is not open to other UCLouvain students.
