Teaching methods
7 to 8 sessions are organised over the two terms, on average once a month. The seminar will alternate between sessions presenting the progress of the research work, thematic sessions on teaching and learning issues related to the research carried out, and sessions aimed at developing the methodology of educational research (tools for collecting and analysing the data). It will be the core seminar of the Master of Specialisation in University Teaching and Learning.
Evaluation methods
The active participation of students in the seminar sessions is required to validate the seminar. This participation will involve the presentation of the progress and analysis of applied research projects, carried out in parallel to the seminar as part of their professional practice or internship.
The final assessment is based on active participation in all the sessions, the submission of the individual productions at the end of each seminar on the Moodle platform and of a final synthesis of the seminar's contribution to the programme. Those productions must be submitted before the examination period.
Discussions within the seminar allow for individual and collective feedback on the progress of the reflection and research work (formative moments).
Uses of generative AI: Generative Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, etc.) cannot be used to write the integrated assignment and reflective analyses in place of the student. Their use is tolerated provided that the student systematically indicates all parts that have been produced using AI, for example in footnotes specifying whether AI was used to search for information, to write the text or to correct it. In addition, sources of information must be systematically cited in accordance with bibliographic referencing standards. Students remain responsible for the content of their work, regardless of the sources used.
