Main themes
Demonstrate basic motor skills (motor coordination, flexibility) (5.1)
- Analyze a movement from an anatomical and biomechanical perspective (performed by yourself or one of your peers), position yourself on its quality by identifying the muscles used and specify how to adapt the movement so that it is more efficient (5.1, 11.4 )
- Develop their own psychomotor level through their lived experience in order to enrich their motor experience (5.2)
- Explain and justify movements/technical gestures/exercises to one of your peers for targeted pathologies in simulated cases (5.4)
- Analyze a movement (motor task) with precision by refining its observation through different concepts linked to motor skills. (5.4, 11.4)
