Teaching methods
This course is intended to be a collective learning environment based on presentations, readings, case studies, peer review and the participation of all.   Everyone's involvement requires an active approach to construct problematics in this field, based on documentary research, analysis, synthesis and feedback to the group.
The teaching principles are as follows: encouraging critical thinking and promoting open discussion from a multidisciplinary perspective.
Evaluation methods
The examination is oral  (regarding the entire course and its learning activities).  It is based, among other things, on group work but is individual. 
Criteria
  • Mastery of conceptual and analytical frameworks
  • Ability to make connections (within the subject but also with other courses)
  • Critical thinking and reflexivity
  • Rigour, nuance and scientific precision
In case of second session, an individual written critical synthesis of a scientific article related to the chosen topic must be produced by 16 August at the latest (max. 15 pages).
The use of artificial intelligence during the assessment tests for this course is governed by the rules mentioned in the faculty note on this subject, which is available on the faculty's intranet site in the information section for students.
Other information
The learning method is based on a training contract defined with the students during the first session.
This activity is carried out according to teaching, scheduling and organisational methods adapted to the specific audience of FOPES.
