Evaluation methods
The modality of the evaluation involves two complementary parts:
  1. The simulation of making a candidature for a research post.
  2. The creation of a research proposal for an application of funding.
The first assignment must be completed in English, while the second may be completed in French or English. Assessment will be based on written and oral components. The two assignments are worth 50% of the total mark. The final mark will consist of two integrated parts. Successful completion of both parts is essential to demonstrate the skills and knowledge defined in the learning outcomes for the teaching unit. The course can only be passed by successfully completing each of the assessment parts/activities (with a minimum mark of 10/20 for each assignment).
