The seminar consists of 7 sessions of 2 hours each supervised by the Faculty: 1 internship preparation session, 5 sessions during the internship (presentation of the internship and its objectives by the intern; integration into the team and networking; theory/practice articulation; ethical and professional attitude) and finally 1 conclusion review session. Between sessions, the student is required to complete a seminar preparation sheet (to be submitted to the supervisor before each session), in connection with the topic covered and invited to keep a logbook, gathering the theoretical and practical elements useful for the preparation of the final internship report specific to the seminar; and to write this final report.
Evaluation methods
Access to the internship seminar is conditional upon submission of the internship agreement by the date of November 15 preceding the internship. Failure to submit the agreement by this date will result in opposition to registration for the assessment relating to this teaching unit in accordance with articles 72 and following of the RGEE.
The seminar has two activities: participation in its various sessions and the submission of a written report that will be evaluated. The student will be considered absent as long as s.he has not participated in these two activities within the same academic year. As participation in the sessions cannot be re-organized in the third quadrimester, an absence in June will remain an absence in September.
Other information
The student will comply with the intership regulations available on Moodle. The use of generative Artificial Intelligence tools is forbidden for all productions (e.g., preparatory work, reports, etc.) required of students as part of this course.
