In order to achieve this end, the students will
- study some texts selected in the New Testament in accordance with a methodological problem or a thematic question;
- learn to practice, individually and collectively, an accurate exegetical method;
- use in that work the specialised exegetical tools.

Learning outcomes
At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
| 1 | - master the main procedures of biblical exegesis and apply them in studying a text from the New Testament ; |
| 2 | - use specialised exegetical tools (bibliographical works, manual and electronic concordances, encyclopaedic and theological dictionaries) ; |
| 3 | - communicate clearly and highlight the results of his/her research. |
