By the end of the seminar, the student will be able to :
- Better understand the complex nature and diversity of the career options and occupations in research and intervention
- Question the approach and the position of the researcher-practitioner during fieldwork and internships
- Cooperate with the other actors involved in order to develop a relevant participatory research study ;
- Co-develop methodological and epistemological thinking ;
- Carry out intervision
- Question and manage conflicts
- Use innovative thinking skills when dealing with a particular situation
- To better understand the procedures for drafting METIS briefs
Research and Intervention in professional settings.
- The various figures of involvement and commitment ;
- Positioning oneself when doing fieldwork ;
- Co-developing an issue with the actors involved ;

In Q2, accompaniment of the writing of the thesis
- The seminar will focus on a series of concrete questions students ask about their memory, in relation to transitions and social innovations.
