At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

• Master the basics of quantitative data epistemology
• Analyze formatted quantitative data
• Master the basics of univariate and bivariate descriptive statistics
• Master the vocabulary and basic operations involved in creating and managing a database
• Perform variable transformation operations
• Construct a questionnaire and evaluate its quality
• Master the dynamics of administering the questionnaire
• Master the basics of R software and perform various operations related to the subjects covered in the course
• Understand/interpret and produce descriptive statistics tables and graphs
