Teaching methods
The approach is essentially experiential, centered on the learner and their learning objectives.
The method is resolutely active and interactive. The training process is therefore based on activities that encourage the participation and integration of each student in the work carried out together.
In an atmosphere of trust and respect for differences, participants deepen their understanding of the phenomena and processes at work in groups and in working relationships.

Evaluation methods
The seminar is assessed on the basis of regular and committed attendance at two days of intensive seminars and the submission of a written work at the end of the seminar. The assessment focuses on students' reflection on what they have learned.
By submitting this written work:
- you confirm that it accurately reflects the facts and, to this end, you must have verified the facts, particularly if they are derived from generative AI resources;
- you confirm that all your sources that go beyond common knowledge are duly attributed. Common knowledge refers to what an informed reader can assess without needing confirmation from a separate source;
- you confirm that you have complied with all the specific requirements of the assignment given to you, in particular the requirements regarding transparency and documentation, and those regarding quality assessment, or that you have provided an explanation where this was not possible.
If any of these statements is untrue, whether intentionally or through negligence, you have breached your commitment to truth and possibly other aspects of academic integrity. This constitutes academic misconduct.
Given the experiential nature of this seminar, it cannot be retaken in the second session. The professor may refuse to allow a student to register for the evaluation if he/she has not participated regularly in the teaching activities or the various stages of the course programme.
