The seminar focuses primarily on personal development, with an emphasis on human and interpersonal skills in group settings.
Through the activities included in the program, participants develop a range of competencies, including self-awareness, communication, self-management, leadership, and teamwork.

Teaching methods

The approach is essentially experiential, centered on the learner and their learning objectives.
The method is resolutely active and interactive. The training process is therefore based on activities that encourage the participation and integration of each student in the work carried out together.
In an atmosphere of trust and respect for differences, participants deepen their understanding of the phenomena and processes at work in groups and in working relationships.

Evaluation methods

The seminar is assessed on the basis of regular and active participation in two days of intensive seminars, as well as the submission of written work at the end of the seminar. The assessment focuses on students’ reflections on what they have learned.
By submitting this written work, you confirm that:

• it accurately reflects the facts and that, for this purpose, you have verified the information provided, particularly where it is based on generative AI resources;
  
• all sources that go beyond common knowledge are properly acknowledged. Common knowledge refers to information that an informed reader can assess without the need for confirmation from an external source;
  
• you have complied with all specific requirements of the assignment, particularly those relating to transparency and documentation, as well as quality assessment, or that you have provided an explanation where compliance was not possible.
  

If any of these statements is false, whether intentionally or as a result of negligence, you have failed to uphold your commitment to academic integrity and may have breached other academic standards. This constitutes academic misconduct.
The grade obtained for the written assignment will be rounded up.
Given the experiential nature of this seminar, it cannot be retaken during the second examination session. The professor may refuse to allow a student to register for the assessment if the student has not participated regularly in the teaching activities or in the various stages of the course programme.

Other information

Brief theoretical inputs and a selection of readings encourage participants to pursue individual research in their specific areas of interest.
This learning activity is mandatory for all master's students and is held only once per academic year.
