The initial phase of the work-study internship takes place from November to May, covering the first and second academic terms (Q1–Q2). It is structured around two main projects carried out within the host organization.
These two projects are designed to support the progressive development of students’ competencies in alignment with the LSM competency framework. The specific competencies targeted in each project are defined at the outset and are assessed accordingly.
Individual supervision is organized at least twice during this first year. The internship includes a formative assessment in January and a final evaluation for the first year in May.
This phase requires a minimum of 80 working days within the organization prior to the start of the second annual block.
This course unit is directly linked to the Coaching (MLSMM2162).
