It aims to provide precise theoretical knowledge of the notion of the refugee as well as an understanding of migrations of asylum seekers within the general context of migrations. The course should make it possible to address certain particularly topical issues in the contemporary development of human rights from an interdisciplinary perspective, with the teaching being offered jointly by two people from different disciplines. |
