Prerequisites
This course is the 2nd half of CEFR A1 level.
  • Knowing the basics of Korean alphabets, Hangul, is required.
  • Knowing how to conjugate in the present is required. 
Main themes
Weather, time and dates,⁠ making an appointment and weekend activities.
Learning outcomes

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

Simple communication can be done by using standardized expressions. 
Learners can understand & use basic vocabulary and make simple sentences. 
Learners can understand basic cultural features of daily life in Korea and compare it with one’s native culture. 
 
  • Listening : Can understand very simple conversations from everyday life and formalized expressions that are frequently used.
  • Speaking : Can introduce oneself and others, and produce simple conversations that occur in daily life using standardized expressions that are frequently used.
  • Reading : Can accurately read texts based on the basic sound rules and understand very simple texts that are related to everyday life.
  • Writing : Can correctly spell words and write about everyday life using short simple sentences.
