I will present a unified high-order space and time discontinuous Galerkin solver that simulates hyperbolic PDE's, especially the linearized Euler equations. This kind of method allows us to push mesh adaptation further than classical ALE methods would allow. As well as deforming elements, we can now nucleate and annihilate them in order to track discontinuities and to improve the resolution of the flow features.
