The new Thalos TEM microscope will very soon be installed in our premises. If we want to effectively use this brand-new instrument from day 1, we should start thinking of the experiments to perform with it.

In this lecture, I will first present you in details what are the different possibilities offered by the instrument, the different optical modes and its ultimate performances. In a second part, I will try to answer your questions as best as possible so that you can start scheduling your sample preparation.
