What access am I entitled to if I do not work at the University but at a non-profit organisation located on its premises?
Provided that their employer has previously entered into an agreement with the University for the use of the premises and that the UCLouvain Director General has given their express authorisation, the staff of these associations will have access to the zone A1 and zone B car parks under the same conditions as University staff. Their employer must therefore:
- provide GSPP, Place de l'Université 1, with all the information required to produce the access card (these individuals are not included in the University's databases);
- agree to cover the card’s cost (€20);
- provide regular updates on staff hiring and departures.
A permit, which can be obtained from GSPP, must be affixed to the windscreen.
What access am I entitled to if I do not work at the University but in an entity included in the UCLouvain Technical Operations Unit?
The Technical Operations Unit is an umbrella term used for social elections and that encompasses legally distinct entities at UCLouvain. It covers the:
- non-profit Louvain-la-Neuve and Woluwe University Restaurants;
- non-profit Inesu Promo;
- social service (s.a.f.s.) Inesu Immo;
- non-profits ICP and Certech;
- non-profit Louvain Développement;
- public limited company Sopartec;
- non-profit UDA (Senior University);
- non-profit Univers Santé;
- public limited company Aula Magna;
- non-profit Pomme d'Happy
- non-profit ISA;
- non-profit Placet;
- non-profit Louvain Médical;
- public limited company UCLouvain Patrimoine;
- non-profit Musée Art Présent Passé.
The staff of these associations or companies will enjoy the same access conditions as University staff if their employer:
