Car parks

woluwe | Bruxelles Woluwe

Access to parking facilities on the Brussels Woluwe campus is restricted to:

  • staff;
  • students;
  • Campanile district UCLouvain housing tenants;
  • third parties affiliated with UCLouvain (to a limited extent).

All car parks are equipped with UCLouvain badge readers.

All vehicles using campus parking facilities must display a valid UCLouvain parking permit.

Obtaining access

To obtain access, your UCLouvain badge must be activated. This badge is strictly personal and may neither be lent nor transferred.

In the event of any change in personal circumstances, badge holders must immediately inform the GSPP, providing their name and card number, together with the relevant changes to be taken into account (departure from the institution, extension, modification of access rights, change of personal details, etc.).

In the event of loss of the access card, the holder must notify the GSPP immediately.

Attention

Any organisation (non-profit association, institution, company, entity, etc.) wishing to obtain access rights to UCLouvain car parks must first contact the GSPP service at UCLouvain Brussels Woluwe, which will process the request.

The following car parks are available:

  • - Parking Faculté for staff working in the towers;
  • - Parking Campanile for staff working at the ESP;
  • - Parking Idéal for other staff (Arches, Mémé, Mairie, Restaurant Martin V, Toit Métro, Louvain-la-Neuve)

For visitors to UCLouvain, two public car parks are available:

  • - QPark, Avenue Hippocrate 11, opposite the Cliniques Saint-Luc Emergency Department;
  • - STIB car park at Kraainem station.

For pre-arranged visits to UCLouvain entities, a request may be submitted by email to the GSPP (at least 48 working hours in advance).

Parking Mounier is reserved exclusively for UCLouvain students who have a parking subscription. The subscription is valid for one academic year, from its start to the following 31 August. The number of spaces is limited.

Taking out a subscription for one academic year does not entail automatic renewal for the following year.

Parking Campanile is accessible to Campanile district tenants. A copy of the lease must be provided in order to obtain access.

Persons who are not members of UCLouvain must obtain an access card in order to use the car parks.

  • - For “third-party” individuals working for UCLouvain entities, the request must be submitted by the head of the relevant UCLouvain entity.
  • - For “third-party” organisations, an agreement must first be established, and requests must be submitted by a designated representative.
