In the past year, we acknowledged a significant shift in lifestyle: we changed how we work, how we think about the future, and what we value. All of these and other factors shape the world differently, we live in another era, and its real leaders are still rising.

En 2019, le CFDD et le SPF Mobilité et Transports ont organisé des ateliers participatifs quant à la mise en place de systèmes MaaS (Mobility as a Service, à savoir un service intégré de mobilité, comprenant plusieurs moyens de transport). Ce thème a suscité un grand intérêt et un consensus semble se dégager quant au fait qu’il s’agit d’un des moyens qui doit nous permettre de garantir une mobilité durable et accessible à tous.

L'AILouvain , en collaboration avec les autres associations d'Alumni de l'UCLouvain (ADEL, AGROS, LSM, DROIT, SCIENCES du TRAVAIL, MEDECINE), a le plaisir de vous inviter à un webinaire exclusif abordant de manière dynamique et interactive des thèmes encore inédits sur l'après pandémie. Sans fake news, ni optimisme béat, voyons d'un œil scientifique et philosophique ce que la pandémie nous a appris et dans quelle mesure elle nous aura armés pour un avenir différent.

Les étudiant·es du master de spécialisation en économie sociale organisent en partenariat avec Saw-B Solidarité des Alternatives Wallonnes et Bruxelloises :

un cycle de conférences à propos de 3 organisations culturelles qui évoqueront le modèle et les principes de l'économie sociale comme levier de participation. Le civic crowdfunding sera aussi discuté comme outil de financement participatif qui maintient le public au centre du projet.

Agility has been implemented mainly in the world of software development, but in reality, agility is a valid way to solve many of the problems that marketers encounter today. Do you recognize certain situations in your daily life?

We live in a VUCA (“Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous”) environment and this impacts us at all levels. Marketing has evolved a lot, but the way we manage it has not.

Don’t we all as leaders dream of a team singing from the same hymn sheet? Wouldn’t it be great to achieve an amazing performance even with a new team in just a few days?

Even Peter Drucker used the example of conductors and orchestras to write about leadership. But standing in front of an orchestra and co-creating this great performance is significantly more complex than it seems when we watch them.
