CICN : a research logistician position for Valérie Dormal

After several successful years in operation, the Center for Clinical Investigation in Nutrition (CICN1) has benefited from the creation of a Research Logistician position since November 1.
This position, created thanks to contributions from the University's three Sectors, is a pioneering achievement for the platform and guarantees its long-term stability.
The position of scientific coordinator and operational manager, held by Valérie Dormal, is now permanent.
This strategic step forward will also enable an external budget to be freed up to strengthen the team and improve the CICN's material resources.
1The CICN s an intersectoral platform dedicated to conducting clinical studies exploring the impact of various factors on human health. Areas of research include :
- Dietary behaviors and their effects on health.
- Dietary supplements and their influence on biological and/or psychological parameters.
- New food products and their perception/receptivity by subjects.
- The impact of specific diets or foods on targeted populations. Thanks to its expertise and collaborations in the University's three Sectors - Science and Technology, Health Sciences and Humanities - the CICN plays a key role in the advancement of scientific knowledge and the development of innovations in the field of nutrition and health.
