Vous étiez là, mais il vous reste des questions ?
Ce jeudi 6 octobre, la Faculté de philosophie, arts et lettres accueille les étudiants internationaux et les étudiantes internationales (réguliers et erasmus). Nous vous donnons rendez-vous à la Maison des Langues (MDLA004) située Voie du Roman Pays 3/a, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve
Au programme (vous pouvez vous présenter quand vous voulez, il n’est pas nécessaire d’être présent(e) à l’ensemble de la journée) :
- 8h-9h : Petit déjeuner offert par la Faculté de philosophie, arts et lettres et prise de contact avec des étudiant(e)s de la Faculté de philosophie, arts et lettres
- 9h-12h : Des étudiants jobistes répondront à vos questions pratiques ! démarches administratives pour les nouvelles et nouveaux arrivant·es ? Comment trouver son horaire de cours ? Qui contacter en Faculté ? Informations sur le système universitaire ? Présentation de la CGEI et du kot Erasmus !
- 12h-14h : Le Cercle étudiant FLTR vous invite à prendre un verre dans leurs locaux
- 14h – 14h45 visite de la bibliothèque (BFLT)
- 15h – 15h45 : visite de la bibliothèque (BFLT)
- 18h : souper offert organisé par la CGEI (Coordination Générale des Étudiants internationaux) au restaurant Universitaire le Sablon
Tous les rendez-vous auront lieu dans la Maison des Langues (MDL A004) à part le souper offert par la CGEI

You participated in these info sessions but you still have questions?
On Thursday, October 6, 2022, the Faculty of philosophy, arts and letters welcomes all international students (Erasmus or regular registration). We look forward to meeting you at the Maison des Langues (MDLA004) – Voie du Roman Pays 3/a, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve
Here are the events of the day. (Feel free to come to those events which interest you. There is no obligation to participate in all the events.)
8h-9h: Breakfast provided by the Faculty of philosophy, arts and letters. Meet with students from the faculty .
9h-12h: Student workers will answer your practical questions! Administrative issues for those who have just arrived? Where do I find my timetable? Who’s who in the Faculty? Information on the structure of the university? The CGEI will present the kot Erasmus! The FLTR student society invites you to their club house for a drink.
- 12h-14h: The FLTR student society invites you to their club house for a drink. Le Cercle étudiant FLTR vous invite à prendre un verre dans leurs locaux
- 14h – 14h45: Visit the library (BFLT)
- 15h – 15h45 : Visit the library (BFLT)
- 18h : Supper offered by the CGEI (General coordination of international students) at the Sablon university restaurant
The meeting point for each of the events is at the Maison des Langues (MDL A004) except for the CGEI supper at 18h.
