PhD student at UCLouvain (GIRSEF). Master's in Educational Psychology, specialization in Educational Research – University of Barcelona. Research collaborator at the Department of Psychology, UTPL, and at GRINTIE, University of Barcelona. Co-researcher in the EduSur Group, member of Educational Policies and Right to Education of CLACSO, and member of the Latin American Educational Research Asociation (ALIE).
He holds two Diplomas Superiores, one in Psychology and Cinema, and another in Educational Policy from CLACSO. He was recognized as the top graduate of his bachelor's program and received honors distinction in his master's degree. He was lecturer in different universities in Ecuador: UNAE, ESPE, UNL, and PUCE (Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador).
His PhD research examines the professional learning of school principals from a critical, political, and situated perspective, combining methodologies. Fieldwork: Ecuador (Cuenca).
