This thesis investigates geodesic motion, for both massive and massless particles, in a specific asymptotically flat, stationary, and axisymmetric spacetime solution to the vacuum Einstein equations: the gravimagnetic dipole. Under a certain choice of parameters, this solution models two equal-mass black holes with opposite NUT charges, co-rotating around a shared axis and connected by a tensionless Misner string. The study focuses on circular geodesics and lensing effects, revealing rich and counter-intuitive dynamics. To bypass computationally intensive numerical methods, original semi-analytical techniques, based on effective potentials, were developed. This work provides a first-of-its-kind exploration of such configurations, offering new perspectives on their geometric and physical properties.
