We’re very proud to announce that our future program “Psychology of Conflict Management” by Prof. Stéphanie Demoulin has been selected by edX’s Essential Human Skills for the Virtual Age initiative.
"At the workplace, in private contexts, and even more so in virtual interactions, conflict is a prevalent experience that seriously impedes individual and collective functioning. By mastering conflict management skills, learners will be able to optimally negotiate or mediate situations of divergence, thereby improving their and their company’s wellbeing and efficiency."
Out of nearly 100 proposals, this 3-online course program has been assessed as highly relevant to help individuals and professionals develop strong human skills critical in our increasingly virtual world.
