  • Different types of reasoning (analytical and non-analytical, hypothetico-deductive, inductive, abductive, intuitive...)
  • Clinical reasoning process in physiotherapy
  • The main stages of a physiotherapy session (history-taking - clinical examination - physical examination - treatment - reassessment)
  • Cognitive biases in health care
  • Uncertainty in health care: variability of management for a similar pathology
     
EBP part :
  • The EBP approach
  • The different stages of the EBP approach in partnership with the patient :
  • Formulating a research question
  • Conduct a literature review
  • Analyse the validity and applicability of the results found
  • Integrate this assessment of the evidence with your clinical experience and the patient's values in order to apply the results in clinical practice
  • Evaluate the performance of the clinical application of the evidence
