This course bridges the fundamentals of project design with the realities of professional practice, focusing on the challenges of project and site management. It aims to enhance key objectives outlined in the ‘Professional Practice’ training curriculum, including:
- Understanding Professional Realities: Developing cross-disciplinary skills such as project organization, stakeholder management, teamwork etc,
- Contextualizing digital tools for project management and teamwork within professional practice, emphasizing collaborative and cooperative workflows,
- Training students to synthesize and address systemic issues related to worksite management,
- Development of Execution Frameworks: Using digital tools to create structural matrices for execution and site management documents,
- Methodological Tools: Introducing methodologies for organization, teamwork management, and project execution, focusing on production methods and key stakeholders,
- Guiding students in identifying and anticipating critical data flows prior to site execution.
