Co-requisites: to follow this course, students must also be enrolled in UE  LEISS2900 : Méthodologie des usages de la recherche (S5). 
Main themes
The aim of this course is to support students in the construction and production of their integrated work. Theoretical, methodological and ethical proposals and guidelines are developed to support them in the production of their integrated work. 
Learning outcomes

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

This teaching unit contributes to the development and acquisition of the following AA.  
4° The skills of the reflective practitioner.   
These skills are reflected in the following abilities:  
a) read critically the results of scientific research in education and didactics and draw on them for their teaching activities as well as drawing on various disciplines in the human sciences to analyse and act in professional situations;  
b) carry out, individually and with his/her peers, a critical and rigorous observation and analysis of his/her own practices and their impact on pupils in order to regulate his/her teaching and develop the strategies and conditions for implementing them with a view to effectiveness and equity;  
c) gradually build up their professional identity, in particular by using personal professional development tools such as the portfolio.    
Specific learning outcomes at the end of the teaching unit   
By the end of this unit, students will be able to : 
  • explain the research problem that is the subject of their integrated work;  
  • justify the methodological choices made as part of their integrated dissertation;   
  • highlight the interest of the dissertation in relation to the existing scientific literature on the subject;  
  • relate their integrated work to situations and issues linked to professional teaching practices.

Content
The aim of this unit is to assess whether students have mastered the skills covered by the various parts of the program. Students will be required to take benefit from the scientific literature in order to address an issue related to the teaching, analyze professional situations, design or adapt teaching methods in their discipline.
Teaching methods
The work will be accompanied by regular discussions and feedback. Participation in scientific events (conferences, workshops, etc.) will also be encouraged, as far as possible, in order to establish a relationship between scientific research and the analysis of teaching practices.  
Evaluation methods
The unit is assessed during the June and September sessions, according to the same procedures. Assessment may take the form of a written text, an oral presentation, the creation of a poster with an oral presentation, participation in scientific activities, etc., depending on the instructions given by the coordinator. 
Any use of AI must be clearly mentioned and be conform to the general rules applicated in the program.
