Content
The seminar focuses primarily on personal development in terms of human and interpersonal skills within groups.
Through the activities on the program, participants work on various topics including self-awareness, communication, self-management, leadership, and teamwork.
Teaching methods
The approach is essentially experiential, centered on the learner and their learning objectives.
The method is resolutely active and interactive. The training process is therefore based on mechanisms that encourage the participation and integration of each student in the work carried out together.
In an atmosphere of trust and respect for differences, participants deepen their understanding of the phenomena and processes at work in groups and in working relationships.
Evaluation methods
The seminar is assessed on the basis of regular and committed attendance at two days of intensive seminars and the submission of a learning report at the end of the seminar. The assessment focuses on students' reflection on what they have learned. It is based on a written assignment, carried out in groups.
Given the experiential nature of this seminar, it cannot be retaken in the second session.
