Main themes
The aim of this unit is to support students in the construction and production of their integrated report. Theoretical, methodological and ethical proposals and guidelines are developed to support them in the production of their work. 
Learning outcomes

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

  1. set out the problem and the subject of the integrated research project;  
  1. highlight the main elements of the literature review in relation to the problem and the subject of their work  
  1. justify the theoretical and methodological choices made in carrying out his/her integrated report;  
  1. relate the integrated report to educational situations and issues observed in the internship settings.

Content
Suggesting, testing and building tools with a view to :  
  • Introduce students to literature reviews;  
  • Initiate the construction of a problem and a theoretical framework; 
  • Initiate the construction of a methodological data collection system;  
  • Introduction to research data processing;  
  • Initiating the production of results in relation to the research object and the theoretical framework ; 
  • Initiate discussion of the results. 
Teaching methods
Alternating between :  
  • presentations of theoretical and methodological models and tools;   
  • presentations and analyses of research materials produced elsewhere. 
Evaluation methods
Written assignment consisting of describing, critiquing, and thoroughly remedying a teaching/learning sequence given by the student during their long internship, incorporating data from research in teaching methodology, theoretical contributions from courses, in particular the history teaching course (LHIST2301 and LHIST2302), the internship support seminar (LHIST9303), and the research methodology course (LEISS2900).
