The exhibition logbook pedagogical approach places great emphasis on the student's ability to learn. Students must be able to select relevant cultural activities and explain the reasons for their choices. They must be able to give a critical account of their activities, taking advantage of the diversity of possible approaches to the same subject. The exhibition logbook encourages students to produce personal accounts of their activities, thus developing the writing skills required for university work. The exhibition logbook must enable students to become aware of their learning and to evaluate it. The exhibition logbook is therefore designed to encourage student self-training.
