Content
This educational activity complements the cross-disciplinary case study conducted in Master 1 (LPATR2107). It aims to develop a conservation/restoration/conversion project or to conduct research on a specific theme related to the heritage assets studied.
Teaching methods
Lectures, research seminars, conferences, site visits, independent research
Evaluation methods
The assessment is based on a written assignment, completed individually or in pairs, to be submitted at the beginning of the May-June exam session and presented orally, as a team, before a panel comprising the co-lecturers and possibly guests whose work is related to the subject of study.
In the case of work carried out in pairs: in principle, the same mark is awarded to both students unless the co-lecturers note an imbalance in the level of commitment (repeated absences, insufficient involvement in group work, etc.). In this case, the co-lecturers reserve the right to assess the student concerned separately.
This assignment accounts for 100% of the marks and is assessed collectively.
The assessment method is the same during the August session.
If generative artificial intelligence (AI) is used, it must be used responsibly and in accordance with academic and scientific integrity practices. This means that anyone who uses generative AI in a manner that does not comply with the uses specified in the description of the teaching unit concerned is committing an irregularity within the meaning of Article 107 of the RGEE (non-personal production by the student in the context of an assessment).
