To calculate the average, the marks gained for the modules are weighted according to their different credits.
The assessment methods vary according to the module and the nature of the learning outcomes: written or oral examinations, written assignments (with or without oral presentation, individual or group), etc.
In addition, the following specific measures are implemented:
- Continuous formative assessment for all translation and post-editing courses in order to support students in their learning and prepare them for the certification assessment.
- Assessment of the work placement is supervised by several people (work placement supervisor, teacher and work placement unit).
- The final dissertation, defended orally before a jury (members of the programme committee and, where applicable, representatives from the professional world).
