Online application form

The housing application form for the 2026–2027 academic year is now available online for all students.

• For international students: your application will be processed upon receipt of your authorization of enrollment, to be sent by email to inforlogementbxl@uclouvain.be.
• For Belgian students: your application will be processed without any additional documents.

Important: submitting an application does not guarantee that accommodation will be offered. We receive a very large number of applications each year, which are processed progressively and depending on availability. You will receive a response once your application has been processed, from late May or June. If you have not received a response by 15 July, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at inforlogementbxl@uclouvain.be
