The online application form for student accommodation in Louvain-la-Neuve for the 2025-2026 academic year is available since March 31, 2025.
From the end of April until September 2025, we will review your request and send you a proposal based on our availability. A virtual visit will then be available by appointment.
Requests are processed in the order of submission and based on eligibility criteria. If you submitted your request early, you should receive a response by mid-May. If not, please feel free to contact us at that time.
For international students, the request will only be processed once the enrollment authorization is received in LOGE.
