Dear IoNS members,
We are delighted to announce the new dates for Brains United, a Joint Meeting of the KU Leuven Brain Institute and the UCLouvain Institute of Neuroscience.
The event will take place on September 9, 2025 in Leuven and on September 10, 2025 in Brussels-Woluwe.
This interdisciplinary two-day symposium, organized on the occasion of the 600th anniversary of our Universities and bringing together researchers from the KU Leuven Brain Institute (LBI) and the UCLouvain Institute of Neuroscience (IoNS), aims to enhance our mutual understanding of each other’s research and expertise, and to foster new collaborations between our institutes.
**SAVE THE DATES**
The meeting will include up to 6 symposia organised by members of the two institutes. Each session will be co-chaired by two PIs, one from each institute.
The call to submit Symposium proposals is now open and will close on May 15, 2025.
The meeting will also include two poster sessions, one on each day.
Submissions for poster abstracts are now open and will close on June 30, 2025.
