The Centre for European Studies (‘Centre d’études européennes’, CEE) is part of the Institute of Political Science Louvain-Europe (ISPOLE) of the Université catholique de Louvain. The research conducted here focuses on a range of topics relating to European integration, such as the study of European public opinion, analysis of European policies, decision-making within the European Union, intra- and inter-institutional policy-making, and EU external relations and foreign policy.
CEE maintains close links with the InBev-Baillet Latour Chairs in “European Union-Russia Relations” and “European Union-China Relations", and with the Interfaculty School of European Studies, which coordinates study programmes in European integration.
