Can Democratic Caring Save Our Planet?

Summary Thinkers often worry whether democratic people can impose upon themselves the changes necessary to stop the serious environmental degradation humans have inflicted upon the earth. This talk will suggest that only if democracies become more caring, and only if they practice caring in democratic ways, might it be possible to effect such radical change.
