In December 2024, the third edition of the Circle U. Entrepreneurial Change-Making Programme came to an end.

As a reminder, the Circle U. alliance gathers nine European universities, including UCLouvain. It aims to help shaping the future of Europe's university landscape.

The Entrepreunarial Change-Making Programme is a credited course consisting of webinars exploring the facets and challenges of sustainable entrepreneurship around the areas of expertise of Circle U. Professors. The course is taught by seven professors from the Alliance's universities, including LSM’s Professor Amélie Jacquemin as Coordinating Professor. It is followed by a full week in person at UCLouvain to develop an entrepreneurial project rooted in a "change-making" mindset in international and multidisciplinary teams.

Our Dean, Matthieu de Nanteuil, and Karine Charry, President of the LouRIM institute, welcomed the jury, the Professors, the 11 coaches, and the 65 students for the closing ceremony which took place in Louvain-la-Neuve. It was the occasion for them to gather one last time before the end of this adventure and give the awards to the winning teams.

LSM would like to congratulate its three students: Loris Cascino, Hieronym Renard, Eliel Ngoma Nsona, but also Ami Toulehohoun – PhD candidate at UCLouvain, as well as the other three students coming from different universities for winning the “Best Project” award with their work titled “Support for hospitals and pharmaceutical companies with 3D organoid models drug Testing”.

The next edition will take place in November 2025. More information will be available on the Alliance's website in June: https://www.circle-u.eu/about/platforms/open-campus/
