The IoNS and the NEUR division are pleased to invite you to the Symposium given by Dr. Dominique Durand entitled:

« Detection and suppression of seizures in the animal models of epilepsy »

This conference will take place on Monday, June 30th, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the MAISIN Auditorium (LEW).

Dr. Dominique Durand is a distinguished professor at Case Western Reserve University, affiliated with the Departments of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Neurosciences, and Physiology and Biophysics. 

He is also the Director of the Neural Engineering Center.

Dr. Durand’s research focuses on neural engineering, a field at the crossroads of engineering and neuroscience. His work integrates computational neuroscience, electrophysiology, and engineering methodologies to address fundamental and translational questions related to the central and peripheral nervous systems.
