The LouRIM Career Talks are complementary to the LouRIM Share/Care initiative launched in September and designed as an informal micro space for offering and receiving peer-to-peer support. This can include all kinds of themes linked to LouRIM members’ needs in developing their academic careers as a researcher as well as their health and well-being.
The initiative is about sharing encouragement, coping strategies and practical “how to” reflections, to support creativity in better navigating the complexities of our different roles and career paths at different career stages.
