Aybüke Taşer est titulaire d'un B.Arch. de l'Université Yasar et M.Sc. diplôme en architecture et physique du bâtiment de l'Institut de technologie d'Izmir, où elle a initié les premières étapes de sa carrière universitaire. Taşer a plusieurs publications dans des revues indexées, des actes de conférence et des symposiums. Ses travaux portent sur l'intelligence computationnelle, la simulation de la performance des bâtiments et l'optimisation; elle est actuellement chercheuse dans le projet SUSHY dans le cadre de son doctorat. études à l'Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain). Elle s'intéresse particulièrement à l'évaluation de la pertinence entre le travail hybride et la performance du bâtiment comme l'axe principal de sa thèse de doctorat.
