Teaching methods
- Essentially theoretical ex cathedra lecture;
- The teacher will be receptive to answer any questions during breaks or after sessions;
- A tutorial (optional) of and constitutional law is organised to help students achieve the objectives set out above.
- A PowerPoint summarizes the structure of the course, the relevant provisions, as well as the commented case law. It is available via Moodle.
- A question and answer session is held at the end of the semester.

Evaluation methods
Oral examination with a preparation time. The student presents the first part of the exam before a teaching assistant. If the grade obtained in this first part is lower than 8/20, the exam ends at that point. If the grade obtained in this first part is equal to or higher than 8/20, the student is then examined by one of the professors.
Students are allowed to use their Code BAC and their collection of supplementary texts during the exam.

- underline or highlight words or sentences;
- circle words (but not individual letters or groups of letters);
- make cross-references from one article to another, accompanied, where appropriate, by the title of the corresponding legal provision.
