Main themes
It aims to:
- give an overview of the theoretical notions relevant to understanding the behaviour and reactions of individuals and groups within an organisational context;
- develop students' ability to analyse human behaviour within organisations, integrating relevant contributions from other disciplines and methods;
- encourage students to question the way in which individuals and groups function and are managed within organisations;
- make students aware of the interpersonal dynamics within the workplace and give them experience of working within a group context (on case studies and field studies).

Content
Humane Management classes propose (i) an overview of the structuration of the field of HRM; (ii) an introduction to Humane Management roots (recognition theories, the consideration of real work and work communities, a specific anthropology); (iii) organizational behaviours (engagement, group management); (iv) HRM practices (recruitment, selection, onboarding, learning and development...).
Teaching methods
Classes, readings, discussions; case study.
Evaluation methods
Individual written exam; collective teamwork (report, attendance...). In June, the individual exam weight is 70% but increases to 85% in August.
Other information
The use of AI should be clearly notified; students remain responsible for their work.
Online resources
Moodle acts as the unique and preferred media for sharing material and information.
