The bachelor's degree in modern languages and literature: German, Dutch and English gives direct access to the master's degree in modern languages and literature: German, Dutch and English (120 and 60) organised under the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles. It also gives direct access to the master's degree in linguistics (120) and the master's degree in multilingual communication (120).

The bachelor's degree in modern languages and literature: German, Dutch and English also allows access to other master's degree programmes organised by the Faculty of Philosophy, Arts and Letters or by other faculties at UCLouvain, subject to compliance with the admission requirements for these programmes. In some cases, access to the master's degree programme requires the completion of certain course units (see the admission requirements for the master's degree programme in question).
