Once your enrolment has been validated, you can change your enrolment (change course, add/delete a programme) as long as you meet the application and fundability requirements.
Enrolment changes are possible through 30 September except for students in the first annual block of a bachelor’s course, who can change their enrolment through 31 October and make a change of course through 15 February.

If your application is accepted, UCLouvain will inform your previous institution of the change.
Please note: admission to certain courses is subject to passing an entrance exam. You can only change your enrolment for such a course if you meet all the admission requirements.
If you are not yet enrolled by 30 September, you can apply for late enrolment. Late enrolment is at the discretion of the faculty and will not necessarily be accepted.
You can also apply for late enrolment after cancelling your enrolment with the other institution. However, there is no guarantee that your late application will be accepted.
